Pre-orders & Reservations
A pre-order is a full purchase of a watch before it’s available for delivery. For some models we offer discounted pre-order prices. For watches that haven’t been put into first production, the pre-order is fully refundable up until two weeks before start of production. For other watches currently not on stock or in production, any pre-order is refundable up until 14 days after the order has been made. A pre-order can also be transferred to another watch where possible.
A reservation requires a 1000 kr deposit with a balance payment before delivery of the watch. Reservations are not eligible for the pre-order offers and thus the balance payment will be the list price of the watch. The 1000 kr deposit from a reservation is also not refundable but can be transferred to any order within 12 months of when the reservation was made.

We sell and ship to most countries. If you’re country isn’t to be found as an option in the web shop, please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org . Buyers from Norway will be served via our Norwegian entity, Henma AS.
All our prices include tracked shipping within Sweden. International orders are shipped with DHL Express. This ensures a safe, fast and tracked shipment. The 600 kr shipping fee is less than our cost price for this service.
