A professional diver’s watch
Treudd is Swedish for ‘Trident’ and is a so-called professional diver’s watch. It complies with the ISO 6425 standard which includes requirements for water resistance, illumination and other features. The name, Treudd, is a dedication to the Swedish Combat Divers and Coast Rangers, who wear a golden trident as their insignia. We therefore like to believe that Treudd is probably the toughest Swedish diver.
Since all print of the watch is in Swedish language, the water resistance on the dial is measure in Swedish fathoms (famnar) instead of meter. This is probably the first and only watch in the history to ever use this (obsolete) unit.
The first version, KA1F, is our so-called “founder’s limited edition” available in 100 numbered pieces.
